About the position

This full-time position is located in the historic Bräkne-Hoby, just outside Ronneby. Nordic is conveniently located near the main road and train station, and nature is close by for those who want to enjoy a little extra during their lunch walk.

Job Description

This responsible role as an SMD Operator (Surface Mount Technology for electronic components) will be particularly demanding at the beginning. You will be responsible for an SMD line and eventually an AOI line as well as programming these.

This is not a role for you if you want every day to look the same. You should enjoy varying pace and be stress-resistant.

You should be confident in yourself and have a flexible attitude towards new challenges as we constantly face new situations. You have a high work capacity, are positive, unpretentious, and broad in your experience and interests. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new things, can relate to different types of people, is inspiring and instills confidence, and who is more of a workhorse than a peacock.

We would like you to have leadership qualities, experience as a team leader, or education in the field.

Good Excel skills and fluent English in both speech and writing are required. Previous experience with surface mount machines and electronics production is an advantage.
